The real measure of any agricultural training programme isn't how much material gets covered — it's what participants are able to do with it once the programme ends.
Kuzulake Farms structures its training around that outcome, pairing classroom fundamentals with real farm demonstrations so participants build confidence with a technique before they're expected to apply it independently.
Mentorship and, where applicable, internships continue after the formal training ends — a structure we've refined through partnerships like the IDEAS-TVET Project and our work with Women for Women International.
For many participants, that ongoing support is what turns a training certificate into an actual livelihood — the difference between learning a skill and building something with it.
