The IDEAS-TVET Project is a World Bank-backed initiative delivered in collaboration with Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Education, and Kuzulake Farms serves as a training centre under this programme in Jos, Plateau State.
The six-month practical programme covers greenhouse farming, crop production, poultry production, piggery production, and agricultural processing — giving trainees exposure across nearly every part of what Kuzulake Farms does day to day.
Beyond classroom and field instruction, the programme includes mentorship, internships, certificates of participation, and starter packs for trainees who complete it successfully — support designed to carry participants past graduation, not just through it.
It's one of several partnerships that shape how Kuzulake Farms delivers training, and reflects the kind of institutional backing that's helping expand access to practical agricultural education across Plateau State.
